DELIVERY POLICY

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER YOUR PRODUCTS?

We primarily cater to Philippine customers but that does not limit us from delivering to the rest of the world.

 
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDERS TO BE DELIVERED AFTER A SUCCESSFUL PURCHASE?

For DOMESTIC or PHILIPPINE customers:​

  • within Metro Manila: 3 to 7 business days

  • outside Metro Manila: 5 to 15 business days

For INTERNATIONAL customers kindly allow 30 to 45 calendar days.

We shall notify you via e-mail should the delivery take longer than the above mentioned expected days.  

Causes of delay may be due to the following:

  • unsuccessful processing of order and / or payment:​

  • courier failure to pick-up the goods from our warehouse on the agreed pick-up schedule

  • courier advise that the delivery area is out of their scope and may need additional number of days to fulfill

  • incomplete or erroneous address

  • any circumstance categorised under Acts of God or force majeure (typhoon, flood, hurricanes, etc.)

If more than the published delivery days have passed please e-mail us at orders@shopatchelsea.com to review the status of your order/s.

HOW MUCH ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES?

The shipping fees vary on these conditions:

  • type of payment (either credit or debit card, PayPal or Cash-On-Delivery)

  • address or area of delivery (Metro Manila, provincial areas or international address)

  • total amount of purchase

Note: The total amount of payment will automatically be computed during the checkout process of the purchase/s.  The total amount includes the amount of purchase, applicable shipping fees and tax.

WHAT IF I'M NOT AROUND DURING THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

Our courier will only attempt two (2) times to deliver the package. Failed delivery will automatically render return the orders to Chelsea HQ. Should the customer want to have the items re-deliverd after the failed two (2) attempts, the customer will be billed with a shipping charge even if the total order amount is Php 995 or higher.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDERS?

We have partnered with 2Go and Xpost for domestic and international deliveries.  The courier will vary depending on the type of payment the customer will choose.  We shall provide you with the tracking number along with the respective courier partner via your provided e-mail address once we have dispatched your order/s.
